Important: Transferring, selling or allowing third parties to use an account is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods at cp888 is ৳500. We currently accept deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Please ensure payment details are correct before depositing — cp888 is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour after successful verification. The following conditions apply:

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the same person's name.
  • Withdrawals may be held if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
  • If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at cp888 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To claim this bonus, the applicable bonus option must be selected at the time of deposit. The total amount of the deposit plus bonus must meet a wagering requirement of 25 times before it is eligible for withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • While an active bonus is in place, bonus funds work in combination with deposited funds.
  • Bonuses are only usable on designated games on the cp888 platform.
  • If one bonus offer is active, another bonus cannot be activated at the same time.
  • It is not possible to withdraw a free bonus balance before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Program

cp888's VIP program has five tiers. Tiers are determined based on the player's activity and participation on the platform. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.7% at Gold, up to 1.0% at Platinum, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at the Diamond tier. The terms of cashback payment are set by cp888 and are subject to change.

User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

Account Suspension and Termination

cp888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If any clause of these Terms is violated.
  • If fraud, deception or illegal activity is suspected.
  • If account information is found to be false or incomplete.
  • If instructions are received from law enforcement authorities.
  • Extended inactivity (12 months or more without any transaction).

6.2 Player's Account Closure Request
